Spiritual
1. LPM SSMT Scripture Memorization: 2 scriptures each month -- Surprisingly, I have kept up with memorizing my scriptures and have seven new scriptures memorized! :)
2. Bible Reading: Another success! I am up-to-date with my reading plan that alternates between the Law, History, Poetry, Psalms, Prophecy, Gospels and Epistles (thank you, Lord, for keeping the desire in my heart to read your word!).
3. Prayer/Devotion/Quiet Time: I was keeping up with this until Spring Break week in March, but have fallen away. Time to get back in gear!
Physical
4. Exercise: I definitely did not work up to exercising 5 times a week by March. I have exercised very little at all (only a few odd weeks here and there for just a few times a week). I am considering joining a gym. But, I know I need to do more than consider exercising:(
5. Eat Right: I have not started menu planning yet. I have not started counting calories, but I am being more aware (on most days). I have lost about 7 lbs. since January, but have been at a standstill since the beginning of March.
Emotional
6. No jumping back into the pit! I think I am doing better here thanks to encouragement from my fantastic husband.
7. Be honest and learn to trust those who love me. I think I am getting a little better, but I admit I have more work to do in this area.
How are you doing with your goals? What do you do to help keep them in your mind?

Hi Lisha! After you posted a comment on my blog, I just had to hop on over and see yours. Very cute motif! I love the flowers.
I see that you have Kelly Minter's No Other Gods on your bookshelf. That was an AWESOME study my mom and I did together via email. Mom lives in Colorado and I'm in California. We're getting ready to start Kelly's newest book, The Fitting Room on Monday. But we're doing it via a blog study rather than email so that more ladies can join us.
Anyhow I saw your update on your goals with eating and exercising. Those are tough ones that I really struggle with. I just finished Made to Crave by Lisa TerKeurst. It's a great book! She's really onto something. My next step is to come up with an exercise and eating plan so I too can start working toward my goals.
Great job on your SSMT verses! I've really been enjoying it. My daughters work on verses for Awanas so we all sit down together and work on our scriptures. They even listen to me recite mine. I always have to initial their Awana books so my youngest grabbed my scripture spiral and initialed each verse that I recited. She's too funny.
I think I'll pop in on your blog from time to time. It's not often that I run into someone who shares my name.
