I started this blog to share family comings and goings (actually, it started as a blog that would be one picture a day, but that didn't happen!). I also have a blog that I used to share about my bible reading, but I hadn't used that since January 2010. I had a post written for this blog and realized it was really more appropriate for my bible reading blog, so I posted it over there (and I added a link on the left column here to find it). I realized that several of my most recent posts are more personal to me and how God is working in me, not about my family (not that it doesn't affect my family). But, they are not just specifically about scriptures I have read, so I am keeping them here.
I don't really know what is best. But, I thought I would keep all my many readers the few of you who read here informed that I may be moving posts around between the two blogs until I get it figured out. Please be patient!
That word just reminded me that, in accordance with the request from one of my pastors, I need to read this verse daily:
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
